At TrendyLand.pk, we know that once you place an order, you want it in your hands as fast as possible. Here's exactly how our shipping works.
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver across Pakistan in 1–7 working days, depending on your location:

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 3 PM, or on a Sunday/public holiday, are processed the next working day. Delivery timeframes above begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment it's placed.
How We Ship
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards Courier, PostEx, or M&P, depending on your city) to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery on all orders across Pakistan — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep, no advance payment needed.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above Rs. 2499 — Free delivery
- Orders below Rs. 2498 — Flat delivery charges of Rs. 200

Order Confirmation Calls
To reduce failed and fake deliveries, our team may call to confirm your order and address before it's dispatched. Please keep your phone reachable so we can get your order out without delay.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the timeframes above, delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier volume, or incomplete/incorrect address details. We'll keep you informed via SMS/WhatsApp if your order is delayed.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier partner is unable to reach you after three delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout, and include a nearby landmark if your area is hard to locate.
